INDIVIDUAL LEARNING PLAN

An ILP is a  1:1 session with a member of staff from the College where you will be able to discuss and develop a plan for the future, we will discuss your goals and practical ways to achieve them. We will explore your strengths and skills and how you can benefit from attending the college. We will also be able to discuss PHBs (personal Health Budgets) and if this is something that will support you on your recovery journey.

ILPs are not mandatory for all students but we do recommend for those who are new - when you sign up let us know if you are interested in an ILP
