Join our Laughter classes, a playful and healthy way to boost your mental and physical well-being!
Research shows that just 10-15 minutes of laughter can brighten your mood, energize you, and even strengthen your immune system by lowering cortisol levels.
Come to experience the magic of laughter for yourself! We'll end each class with the focus on grounding, using methods such as breathwork and/or meditation.
Everyone is welcome, and you do not have to be happy to join this class
