This is a course about developing our listening skills in a way that supports our wellbeing. We will be listening not only to music, but to everything we can hear around us. We will think and talk about how our minds and bodies respond to different sounds. We will share our musical tastes and we will come together and sing for the pure joy of it. No special musical skills are necessary.
