Overview

You will learn about to use your strengths, experience and knowledge and how you can use them for your goals and to support others.
 
You will go on a journey to discover what a superhero is and what it means to you. As a group we will then use small activities and creative work to tune in to our own superhero.
It is about recognising superheroes aren’t just fictional. They are a part of you and those around you. No Hollywood script needed. You are the director to your story.
