Overview

Meeting at Hackney Town Hall
Research shows that doing exercise outside amidst nature is great for our mental health and general well being. You will have the opportunity to enjoy and explore some of our local places of natural beauty including parks, gardens, canals, rivers and marshes in good company. Each walk is graded using our traffic light coding system so that there is something for all ability levels:

GREEN Walks: Easy
AMBER Walks: Intermediate
RED Walks: Advanced

Please specify on your enrollment form if you
only want to attend a certain colour of walks
