We're back and better then ever! We have some new courses for this term along with some of our classic courses- so there's something for everyone.

We have a range of courses from understanding health to creative expression. We have courses focusing on mental health education, =courses focusing on physical health and courses based on art.

Some examples of these courses are:

  • Mental Health education: Understanding Bipolar, Understanding Psychosis, Understanding Anxiety and Depression, Understanding Autism
  • Physical health: Walking, Walking Football and Stretch and Meditation
  • Creative: Disabilities in Art, Art Club, Sewing and Crafty Creation, Knit and Natter and Drama.

These are just a few examples of our courses- this term we have 35 courses running! Mostly from our Primrose Square base and some from community venues.
